SUMMARY:Mendocino Headlands
DESCRIPTION:Join us for this photography workshop and you’ll explore the rocky elegance of Mendocino’s coastline\, where sculpted cliffs meet the Pacific Ocean and old forests fade into sea mist. Expect to photograph seascapes at sunrise and sunset\, with crashing waves and shifting coastal light. We’ll visit iconic headlands\, windswept bluffs\, and hidden coves. Most of the time will be spent focusing on seascapes since the area has much to offer. A visit to a photogenic lighthouse is planned as well. We do anticipate visiting a very nice local botanical garden where participants can make use of macro flower and close-up plant scenes. \nFor more information and to signup visit: https://www.adrianklein.com/product/mendocino/ \n \n \nZack SchnepfLocation: Bend\, OR \nWebsite: www.zschnepf.com \nYouTube: https://www.youtube.com/user/zschnepf77 \nInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/zackschnepf/ \nZack is an award winning photographer specializing in fine art landscape photography and post processing.  “Art is in my blood.  My father is a well known poster artist and painter.  My mom was a painter\, and print maker and my brother is an art director at Facebook.  Art is a way of life for my family\, and I will hopefully pass it on to my children as well.” \n“The love of nature is also something that my family and I are passionate about.  I’ve been hiking\, biking\, rock climbing and backpacking since I was little.  From an early age\, I learned to appreciate the beauty in nature.” \nMore posts by Zack

SUMMARY:Palouse Hills Harvest
DESCRIPTION:Join Adrian Klein and Zack Schnepf in Pullman\, Washington\, as we photograph what many refer to as the Tuscany Hills of the Pacific Northwest. Spring is known for the vibrant greens as the crops come alive yet equally rewarding is experiencing and photographing the area during harvest season. By this time almost all the hills have changed to various tones of gold. The air can have a slight haze from all the harvest activity going on\, which only adds to the atmosphere and golden hour glow in the sky. Even when the fields have been harvested\, the line-covered soil has its own artistic qualities. If we end up with good timing\, it may be possible to photograph the large combine harvesters as they make their way from field to field. We may even get to photograph one of the old rural towns we pass through. \nFor more details and to signup visit here: https://www.adrianklein.com/product/palouseharvest/ \nAn old homestead still stands in the golden hazy sunset of harvest season in Eastern Washington \nZack SchnepfLocation: Bend\, OR \nWebsite: www.zschnepf.com \nYouTube: https://www.youtube.com/user/zschnepf77 \nInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/zackschnepf/ \nZack is an award winning photographer specializing in fine art landscape photography and post processing.

SUMMARY:Oregon Dark Sky Photo Safari 2025 w/ Zack Schnepf
DESCRIPTION:The Oregon Outback\, part of the Great Basin of North America\, is one of the darkest places in the world. Far from light pollution\, you can see the starry sky in all its splendor. \nThe Milky Way\, close enough to touch\, rises from the sage steppe and transforms the sky into a sparkling sea of stars. \nWhat also makes the area photographically attractive are several ghost towns and bizarre juniper tree forests\, which are ideal as subjects for light painting in this western landscape. \nProfessional photographer Zack Schnepf leads a small group on a 5-day tour of some of the best places to see and photograph the breathtaking night sky and landscape. \nThe Oregon Outback International Dark Sky Sanctuary\, it covers 2.5 million acres. \nTo learn more\, or to sign up\, visit: https://www.ccophoto.com/oregon-dark-sky-photo-safari-2025/ \n \nZack SchnepfLocation: Bend\, OR \nWebsite: www.zschnepf.com \nYouTube: https://www.youtube.com/user/zschnepf77 \nInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/zackschnepf/ \nZack is an award winning photographer specializing in fine art landscape photography and post processing.
