This is the time when the hills are at their best and not impacted by the haze of fire season later in the year. The main faces of the Painted Hills allow you to be creative. From long lens abstracts to wide angle panoramas you can utilize all your lenses and skills. DESCRIPTION:There are few wild places in North America more magical than the hidden bayous of Louisiana and the last remaining stands of old growth cypress trees. Professional photographers David Cobb and Christian Heeb have been visiting these locations for years. \nOn this photo tour\, during the fleeting autumn days\, we’ll explore some hidden gems in Louisiana and east Texas. From fog on the water to an abundance of bird life\, you’ll find perfect photo opportunities from land\, air boat\, pontoon boat\, and sturdy sea canoes and/or kayaks. We may even see a few alligators\, but the amphibians and snakes are mostly hibernating during the chillier temperatures. Our goal is to guide you to the best location during the best possible time so you can capture great images. \nWhen we’re on the water we have local nature guides to lead us. This trip is rated as relatively easy\, but you need the ability to enter and exit a canoe on your own and walk over uneven terrain. SUMMARY:Highlights of the Oregon Coast w/ Zack Schnepf & Christian Heeb
DESCRIPTION:The state of Oregon has some of America’s most photogenic coastlines.  The sea stack studded southern coast\, with it’s secluded coves and sheer endless empty beaches is a photographers dream.  We will explore some of the most intriguing corners on this week long immersion into nature photography. \nA maximum of 6 participants can join us on this outing.  We will take time composing and photographing sea stacks\, spring flowers\, evergreen Redwood forests\, lighthouses and hidden coves as well as the Oregon sand dunes\, small fishing towns and hidden coves and set our sights on the night sky when the weather allows. \nSince this tour is geared to photography\, we will adjust the itinerary to give us the best photo opportunities. \nAs of now\, we expect to be eating take out and social distancing may be needed.
